Pretty Lotus Decorative Phone Case

Hi Crafty friends! It's Cheryl with the Inkon3 Creative team here to show a fun way to use your stamps to decorate your phone case! You'll need a clear phone case and a cut file for your phone case (I got mine from Etsy for about $2).

I precut a bunch of the inserts for the phone to have handy since each cut file can cut three inserts per 8.5x11 sheet of paper. Then stencil in a background using the Curls 6x6 Stencil, and Atelier inks in Peacock Blue and Trinity Teal.

Then stamp out the lotus from the Lotus clear stamp set using Blackout Detail Ink. Color with your choice of color medium, then fussy cut.  Adhere the Lotus onto the stenciled insert and trim off any paper that overhangs the phone insert.

Lastly, slip the insert into your clear phone case and enjoy! :)

Floral Atelier Ink Watercolor

This card was so easy to make and it's one of my favorites I've made in a long time! I watercolored these gorgeous florals with InkOn3 Atelier Inks and they're just gorgeous!

Atelier Inks are great for stamping and ink blending ... but I really LOVE the way they work as watercolors! They are so vibrant! I stamped the Concord & 9th Heartfelt Blossoms Stamp Set with Blackout Hybrid Detail Ink and heat embossed with Crystal Clear Fine Detail Embossing Powder. The embossing helps to keep the watercolor in the lines - which is something I definitely need! I used Goddess Green, Bee Sting Yellow, Sweet Petunia Pink, and Trinity Teal Atelier Inks to watercolor my background and then used the coordinating die to cut it out.

I created a peek through background by stamping the Altenew Pinstripe Stamp with Blackout Hybrid Detail Ink and popped up my watercolored image on top with foam tape. I wanted a sentiment that would perfectly match my background, so I blended Trinity Teal Atelier Ink onto white cardstock and then die cut the sentiment. The color of the sentiment perfectly matches my watercolored frame!

I finished off this pretty Atelier Ink watercolored card with some pastel pearls. Thanks for joining me!

Lotus

Hello Everyone!

It's Ceal, here.  Today I am sharing this card using the new Lotus stamp set, Y'all  it is so pretty when it's colored up.

I used some Graphit alcohol markers to color it and then masked it off so I could create a background. If you have followed me at all you know how much I love using stencils to create a background. For this background I used the Pondie stencil and Trinity Teal Atelier ink blended with brushes starting darker at the bottom and fading as I went up.

To finish the card I removed the mask and added a sentiment from the same set that I heat embossed using our Juicy Clear embossing pad and some Arctic White embossing powder on a black strip.

Thanks for stopping by!
until next time, Happy Crafting!

Watercolored Lotus

I've got a pretty lotus card from InkOn3 to share with you today! I did more shimmer watercoloring - it's my current obsession!

I planned to watercolor the new Lotus Stamp Set, so I knew I would do some heat embossing. I love having a black outline, so I stamped my lotus image with Blackout Hybrid Detail Ink onto watercolor cardstock and quickly sprinkled on Crystal Clear Embossing Powder and heat set the image.

I watercolored the lotus using shimmer watercolors, but you can use whatever you have! Once my image was colored I trimmed it out with scissors.

I wanted a background that would coordinate with my stamped image. I masked a quarter of an inch off of each side of a piece of white cardstock and placed the new Curls Stencil over the top. I used My Jam Purple and Peacock Blue Atelier Inks to ink up the stencil.

I finished the card by stamping a sentiment from the Lotus Stamp Set with Blackout Hybrid Detail Ink and popped it up near the center of the card! Hope you have a great day!
