Magical Unicorn No Line Coloring Encouragement Card by Ilda

Hello Crafty Friends, Ilda here with you today! Hope you all are having a great start to the new year 😀

My card today features a no line coloring of the Magical Unicorn stamp and Coordinating Dies from Ink On 3. I just think this unicorn illustration is so pretty, and those florals are gorgeous!

CARD DETAILS
To begin, I stamped out the Magical Unicorn image onto watercolor paper using Fadeout Ink.  I then used Zig Clean Color Brushes to color it all in. Once the image was dry I added Liquid Pixie Dust to the Unicorn's horn. Sorry, but it is quite difficult to see that from my pictures... you'll just have to take my word for it how it shines beautifully in person.

I then die cut a piece of Silver Glitter cardstock using the large Coordinating Die and lined it up over the image of the Unicorn popping it up with foam tape.

For the sentiment, I used Juicy Ink to stamp out the greeting and then heat embossed it with the Chrome Embossing powder.  I also finished the card with a couple of silver foil cardstock hearts that I die cut from the coordinating die set.

How To Color A Cute Unicorn with Inkon3 Magical Unicorn

Hey folks!

Cynde here from The Pink Envelope! I am here for my first ever Guest Design for Inkon3 and today, I'm showing you how to color this cuh-ute unicorn from the Magical Unicorn! This is a great stamp set because it has loads of possibilities! You could literally choose any color palette you wanted and it would be fab!

You can see how I made my card by watching the video HERE or you can click on the thumbnail below.

Since I wanted no line coloring, I stamped the unicorn with Inkon3 Fadeout Ink. Seriously folks, this ink is the ONLY way to go for no line. I talk more about it in the VIDEO, but I use this ink almost 100% of the time for no line. When I don't use it, I wish I had. It will truly disappear under your coloring.

I knew that I was going to color the flowers in different shades of pink and red and I knew the reds were going to be bold and heavy so when I chose the colors for the Unicorn I kept those pretty light. I didn't want the unicorns head to compete with that beautiful head piece.

Be sure to check out the VIDEO, I walk you through what colors I use and where and I have them linked down below as well.

It's impossible to have a unicorn without glitter or shimmer, so after I finished coloring added a drop of the Inkon3 Liquid Pixie Dust on an acrylic block and applied it to the highlights of the flowers with the Inkon3 Fine Tip Waterbrush

With that kind of shimmer you don't need any more embellies!

That's it!

I hope you enjoyed my project today! Be sure to check out my video and pick up the Magical Unicorn Stamp Set and some Liquid Pixie Dust folks. I so look forward to coloring this one again!

Thank so much for stopping by!

Until next time.
