Hello everyone! It's Cheryl with the Inkon3 Creative Team here to show you a fun and quick card that mixes beautiful magnolia flowers with a masculine patterned paper!
First you'll need the following pieces prepped, feel free to adjust the colors and patterns to whatever you'd like or have available:
- A2 Card Base
- 5.5"x 4.25" Blue paper
- Black die-cut rectangle (I chose a scalloped rectangle die)
- Buffalo Plaid Patterned paper cut down to fit into black rectangle
- Black paper cut down to 2" high and whatever width is needed to fit into the rectangle
- 2"x 0.5" small black rectangle for sentiment
- White card stock that's 1.5" high and whatever width is needed to fit into the rectangle
Remember the art you can buy where it's completely black and you scratch off the black to reveal a beautiful picture and then there are other where it is back felt and you color it by Lisa Frank? This technique I used on my card totally reminds me of those art pieces.
To create this card I started with a white card base, a black panel and a white panel. I stamped the Dogwood Flowerand colored it using Copic markers, after I got it all colored I drew a frame around it and then colored it in with a black Copic marker.
I added some Liquid Pixie Dust to give the flowers that sparkle and some glossy accents to the stem of the flower as well. I also added white gel pen to the centers
I love how it turned out and it totally reminds me of those scratch off art pieces I had as a child
August is coming to a close ... and that means it's my time to shine! Haha! We're coming in to my FAVORITE time of the year and I'm excited to bust out the Pumpkin Patch Stamp Set from InkOn3!
I wanted to go full throttle Autumn with this card - so I started with some Autumn colored Atelier Inks - Marilyn Red, Marigold Orange, Bee Sting Yellow, and Twiggy Brown. I used Purple Tape and masked off 1/2 inch diagonal stripes and used blending brushes to add stripes of color. I love the variety of colors you can get from the Atelier Inks - particularly the Marilyn Red. I love how if you blend lightly you get a gorgeous pink, but if you really ink up your brush and add a few layers of color you get this beautiful deep red!
Once my blending was complete I decided to add some shimmer! I keep a little bit of Liquid Pixie Dust in a Small Watercolor Brush and simply painted over my ink blended stripes to add shimmer!
I adhered the Pumpkin Patch image with foam tape on top of the ink blended stripes and trimmed off the excess. I added a stamped image from the Pumpkin Patch Stamp Set to finish the card!
Hi everyone! It’s Jeannie (InsideoutJeans) on the blog today sharing two cards using with Ink on 3’s stamp set named Koi Pond along with the Pondie and Wavy stencil.
Using Fadeout ink, I stamped koi fish from the Koi Pond stamp set on watercolor paper. After trying out these technique in a previous card, I wanted to play a little more with unconventional colors that turned into rainbow colors.
Hello and thanks for stopping by! Today I'm happy to share a project with you using the Dogwood Flower stamp set and Atelier inks to create a delicate ink blended look.
The background is created directly onto the card base. I placed a rectangle stencil over the card base and secured it on the back side with washi tape. Placing this unit in the MISTI, I stamped with Blackout Ink, making sure the image was partially on and off the open stenciled area. It looks a little odd but all will work out in the final result!
At this point, all of our images are inside that stenciled rectangle area. Stamp the dogwood image twice more with the same ink and fill in color in the same manner. Now, fussy cut just the large flower from one image and the two flowers together from the other stamped image and place them onto the card base directly over the partially stamped image. We now have two corners filled with flowers that hand off of the stenciled area and draw the eye as a nice focal point. The light touch is important to get the delicate look. I finished up by adding a little Liquid Pixie Dust in the flower centers for a sparkly look.
An an alternative to heat embossing, here is another version of the card with a black sentiment:

My images for this card are the GORGEOUS florals from the BeYOUtiful Stamp Set from InkOn3. I stamped them with my favorite black ink - Blackout Hybrid Detail Ink - and colored them with Copic Markers. I thought the yellow flower would really compliment the orange background! I trimmed them out and added them to the card with iCraft 3D Foam Squares. The background glitters so much that I thought the flowers needed some glitter, too! I keep some Liquid Pixie Dust in a Small Watercolor Brush so all I have to do is shake it up and brush it over the images and BOOM! They're sparkly, and glitter, and amazing!
I hope you've enjoyed this fun collaboration tutorial and that you'll use your Atelier Ink Reinkers to color your own custom color of Glitz Glitter Gel!

For today's blog post, we have Ceal sharing a wonderful project.
To create this card I started with a white top folding card base and a panel of bristol cardstock. I sprayed the Pondie stencil with Pixie Spray and then laid it on the panel of bristol. Using the Stencil Pal, I covered the entire stencil with Transfer Gel and allowed it to dry. Next I covered it with the Lapis Watercolor transfer sheet and ran it through the laminator. I stamped the koi on bristol cardstock using the Juicy embossing ink and embossed them with Gold Rush powder and watercolored them using the Bee Sting Yellow , Marigold Orange and Marilyn Red Atelier inks.
To finish the card I added the embossed greeting and popped the koi up with foam tape.

Hi everyone! It’s Jeannie (InsideoutJeans), excited to be on the blog today to share two cards created in collaboration with Ink on 3 and ThermoWeb.
For the second card, I colored in the images stamped with Fadeout Ink using copic markers. Because I was placing these images with the Rainbow background, I wanted white florals. I did use the lone stamen in the set and stamped it using Goddess Green to add some color to the flower. For this sentiment, I just stamped it using Blackout ink on green cardstock and added a few embellishments to finish it off.
Thanks for stopping by today and I hope you get inspired to create. Come back again soon for more inspiration and ideas! Happy Crafting!
