Watercolor Puddling with Atelier Ink Refills

Hello and thanks for stopping by! Today I'm happy to share a project with you using the Pumpkin Patch stamp set and Atelier Ink Refills from Ink on 3 to create a bold watercolor look.

The Pumpkin Patch stamp set is filled with Autumn awesomness! I love the large and open images, which are perfect for creating the watercolor puddling technique.

 

By dropping in color from the Atelier ink refills in a flooded image, the Atelier ink begins to swirl in the puddle of water. By allowing the watercolor paper to stay still and dry naturally, these swirls will remain intact and give the most unique results. It's a must try technique!
