Thankful for You

Hello Everyone!
It's Ceal, here. Today I am sharing a card using the Hey Gorgeous set and the Thankful for You set that just released.

To create this card I started with a top folding white card base and a white panel. I stamped the image using Blackout ink and colored it using alcohol markers. I stamped the  image again on some patterned paper and fussy cut out the hat and then added some of the leaves from the Thankful for You set to the hat.
To finish the card I added a sentiment.

Until next time Happy Stamping!

Hey Gorgeous!

Hey gorgeous!

It's Erica back on the Ink On 3 blog today with a one-layer card. Which is not my forte at all, but it's good to stretch your creative muscles and step outside of your comfort zone. Ok, not all the time, but sometimes for sure.

The stamp I have used for this card is a new-to-me, Hey Gorgeous. I stamped it up on Copic friendly card stock with Blackout Detail ink and then coloured it in with various Copic markers. My intent was to give the girl a nice tan, but the poor thing ended up looking like she's been cooking on a tanning bed far too long!

Her hair I did a bit like mine, it's sort of a brown to light brown to some highlights and then a big blue hat on top. I do happen to have a big blue hat too... Did I just put myself on a card? Eh, it happens, right? While I had the Hey Gorgeous stamp out, I also stamped it up on masking paper. After fussy cutting this out, I placed it on top of the coloured image.

I have used a stencil for the background, and this I sprayed liberally with Pixie Spray first. To create a colourful backdrop to the card I ink blended Bee Sting Yellow, Goddess Green and Peacock Blue all over it. By going lightly over some of the yellow with the green, it created a lime green which was lovely. I did the same with the green going into the blue, but heavier, and the result was a teal colour. I used a different Life Changing Blender Brush for each colour so the going back and forth was easy peasy.

When the ink blending was done, I simply stamped up the 'Gorgeous' from the Hey Gorgeous stamp with Blackout Detail Ink and the card was finished!

Well... unless I go back and add some sequins that is. You never know, with this sequin-oholic.

Thanks for stopping by today, I hope you like the card and found some inspiration here today!

Lots of love and happy crafting from Erica

Hey Gorgeous - Spring Planner Pages

Hi Friends, it's Cheryl with the Inkon3 Creative Team here to show you a simple way to dress up your planner pages with the "Hey Gorgeous" Clear stamp set. Nothing says Spring like a big fashionable hat and lovely flowers right? And this is all in one awesome stamp set!

I stamped and colored the pretty gal in the Hey Gorgeous stamp set on cardstock. Then I fussy cut the image. Then I picked different sizes of flowers from the same stamp set and stamped out a pretty flower border. I picked the Marilyn Red, Marigold Orange, and Bee Sting Yellow colors because those colors would overlap beautifully, which means no need to mask!

Then I stamped some leaves using the Goddess Green Atelier Inks, and added a few small circles for a little more special accents. I really love how many stamps comes with this stamp set! I used the Blackout Hybrid Detail ink to stamp the sentiment "Hey Gorgeous" on the lower left hand corner of the left planner page, and adhered the image approximately in the center of the left page.

Hey Gorgeous!

Hey Yall !
It's Ceal, I am sharing a card today featuring the Hey Gorgeous set. This set is so fun to color and you can play dress up with her hats <3

To create my card I started with a top folding white card base and a white panel. I stamped the image using Blackout ink and then colored her using Copic markers. I masked her off except the hat and then used a stencil to create the flower pattern. I stamped a flower also from the Hey Gorgeous set, fussy cut it out and added it to the hat. To finish the card and tie in the pink I added a pink dress/shirt to her.

Hey Gorgeous!

Hi everyone! It’s Jeannie (InsideoutJeans) on the blog today with Ink on 3’s newest stamp set debuted at Creativation called Hey Gorgeous. It's such a pretty stamp set that speaks to me! The main image from this set is obviously this gorgeous girl, which I decided to no-line color using Fadeout ink with copic markers.

There's no coordinating dies for this set but it's large enough for me to fussy cut quite easily. Then I had to figure out what to do with it. I pulled out the Atelier inks to help me create a fun background. First, I used three Atelier re-inkers to watercolor a card panel. I used Marilyn Red, Marigold Orange, and Bee Sting Yellow.

Once the watercolored panel was created, I splattered water all over since these inks are water-reactive. I also splattered some of the ink using all three colors: Marilyn Red, Marigold Orange, and Bee Sting Yellow

To finish off the background, I stamped out the floral images randomly using the Marilyn Red ink pad.

For the sentiment, I stamped Hey Gorgeous using Blackout ink. I just quickly fussy cut out the larger sentiment and added the "hey" using a strip.

I'm loving how this all came together and I'm so excited to use these inks more! They are so versatile and fun. Have you tried them?

Thanks for stopping by today and I hope you get inspired to create. Come back again soon for more inspiration and ideas! Happy Crafting!
